Log in to Client Centre without mobile connectivity

Once you've set up multi-factor authentication, you can log in to Client Centre using the Thomson Reuters Authenticator app or a third-party app even if you don't currently have connectivity on your mobile device. They enable you to generate a 6-digit code that you can use to log in.

  1. Enter your login and password for Client Centre.
  2. When prompted to check your device, click the Enter a Code link.
  3. Open the Thomson Reuters Authenticator app or a third-party app on your mobile device and retrieve a code.The code updates every 30 seconds.
  4. In Client Centre, enter the code and click the Go button.
