Account settings
The account settings page was relocated to make it easier to find.
Tasks
- The task list has been redesigned to display all tasks that need to be completed for all related clients.
- The eSignature process has been redesigned and now includes the option to select a generated signature style.
Documents
- The list and folder options were relocated to make them easier to find.
- You now have the option to display all documents for all related clients.

Annotations
You can now add and edit annotations on PDF documents in the mobile app.
Folder groupings
The Onvio Documents mobile app now honors the User Preference setting for Client Documents Folder Groupings made in the Onvio web application.

Use the mobile app to view the status of document approvals that you sent to contacts.
Onvio Documents mobile app - upload documents
You can upload documents from any screen on the mobile app.
Note: If you are viewing the All Documents screen, you have to set a destination during the final step of the upload process.

The app now supports viewing password-protected PDFs.

Onvio Documents mobile app - v2.0 for iOS and Android
- We added document communications so you can review and update document status in the mobile app.
- You can now manage folder sharing from within the app, which includes adding relationships and sending Client Centre invitations to existing Onvio contacts.

Client Centre mobile app - password option for document links
Your clients can now add a password to a document link they send from the Client Centre mobile app. The recipient will be asked to enter the password after they click the document link.
