Terms and conditions

Through Setup > Terms and Conditions, your firm can present an agreement or other text to all of your clients who use Onvio Client Centre. Those clients must accept the terms and conditions before accessing their portals.

Enter your own text or modify the sample text, and then click Publish. The terms and conditions aren’t active for your clients until you enable them using the switch at the top of the screen.

When enabled, terms and conditions constitute an agreement between your firm and your clients. By enabling this agreement, you acknowledge that you understand and accept that the terms and conditions you present to clients are your own, and do not involve Thomson Reuters.
