Video: Introduction to Client Centre

This video (13 minutes) explains to your clients how to:

  • register and log in
  • reset their password, change their Onvio Client Centre account details, and set up Multi-Factor Authentication
  • complete a Sign Documents task from you
  • view and securely upload documents.

Note: As a security measure, each user's Onvio password expires after 3 months and needs to be reset by the user from the login screen.
