Add activities
Activities serve two purposes in Onvio:
- Billing or work codes for time and billing
 - Basis of tasks for project tracking
 
Before you start
- Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has Activities enabled.
 - Set up staff rates for time and billing calculations.
 
Add an activity
- Select Setup, then Activities, and select Add.
 - Enter an ID and name for the activity. You can also add a description that will appear on client invoices.
 - Choose a type for the activity: Time or Expense.
 - Choose a class for the activity: Billable, Non Billable, or Administrative.
 - Select Save when you're finished.
