Complete a company formation project

Before you start

Make sure that you've added a company formation project to the company client.

Open the company formation project

  1. Go to My applications > Onvio Company Formations. 
  2. Select the company formation project under the name of the proposed company client in the Work column. 

Complete the project wizard

The company formation project has a wizard with six sections. You will need to complete each section. Select the links below for an explanation of how to complete them.  
  1. Corporate Name.
  2. Corporate Details.
  3. Proposed Officers.
  4. Subscribers.
  5. Review.
  6. Submission.
